30f0193a2a Added variable passive cooling amounts depending on what biome the player is currently in.
The initials values are not balanced, they are simply placeholders.

04cd286a5b Some minor tweaks to the OmniWrench module.
These include requiring the OmniWrench to actually install the module if
OmniTools is installed, and the new entity collision stuff in latest
OmniTools.
