Added creative tab
Added custom model but it doesn't work yet
Added config option for salvage ratio (defaults to 0.9)
Added UE recipes back in, along with a config option to enable/disable
the 2 recipe sets

-fixed crash when using jetboots without powersuit torso or jetpack
without powersuit boots
-energy display now only lists items equipped
-changed glider key to Sneak (shift by default)
-lowered energy consumption on movement assist items
-I think the energy consumption issue should be fixed, but keep testing
please

Added glow-in-dark effect to tinker table
Included sprites from SebK and adjusted gui to use them
Changed module architecture (again) to be more scaleable in the future
and more closely resemble existing energynet designs (mostly UE)
A few packet handling tweaks
