Taking out some of my personal configurations, so that my net diff tonight is only adding the resources directory as a source directory for the eclipse project files

Use the buildcraft_resources directory as a source directory so that
when running inside of Eclipse we map textures properly and get way less
spammy spam

Item Facades now use the IMC comms system to know about custom facade
block types. Send your blocks through the API (FacadeManager) or
the IMC system (use key "add-facade" and value "blockid@meta")
