Replace s_auth/blacklist stuff with authd calls
This also does a lot of surgery on the conf system to reconfigure authd. /!\ WARNING! ACHTUNG! ADVERTENCIA! ATTENTION! AVVERTIMENTO! /!\ This code has not been run-time tested yet (though it compiles)!
