* Add housekeeping function to delete old/expired EDUs

* Add migrations

* Evict EDUs from cache

* Fix queries

* Fix upgrade

* Use map[string]time.Duration to specify different expiry times

* Fix copy & paste mistake

* Set expires_at to tomorrow

* Don't allow NULL
