Eelco Dolstra	29027fd1e1	Rewrite ‘with pkgs.lib’ -> ‘with lib’ Using pkgs.lib on the spine of module evaluation is problematic because the pkgs argument depends on the result of module evaluation. Using pkgs.lib on the spine of module evaluation is problematic
