ckie 7d34b64eca maintainers: remove ckie
well, we failed. we have not saved nix together[0], and today's show of
utter incompetence[1] has pushed me over the edge along with many others[2]

it's been good. a lot of PRs. a lot of endless reviews.
some new friends, some old friends converted :P
