vmware: Add new module 'vmware_host_config_facts' (#34570)
This adds a new module called 'vmware_host_config_facts' which gathers facts about advanced configuration informantion about ESXi host or all ESXi hosts from given cluster. Signed-off-by: Abhijeet Kasurde <akasurde@redhat.com>
