VMware: New module vmware_drs_group_facts (#50649)

* Added new vmware module for gathering facts for DRS groups
* Update lib/ansible/modules/cloud/vmware/vmware_drs_group_facts.py
* Updated doc
* Fixed integration test with mutual exclusive paramteres
