vmware_cluster: PEP8, imports, cosmetics (#25140)

This PR includes:
- Documentation improvements (mostly related to boolean defaults)
- Make PEP8 compliant
- Ensure imports are specific
- Few cosmetic changes (sort lists, casing, punctuation)
