VMware: Improve module vmware_host_datastore (#45652)

* Don't execute mount or umount in check mode
* The datastore was mounted or unmounted when you execute the playbook in
check mode.
* Test if running in check mode before mounting or unmounting the
datastore.
* Add support for NFS v4.1 datastores
