FortiOS System Fimrware Upgrade Module (#59213)
* FortiOS System Fimrware Upgrade Module * default timeout 12 seconds is not enough for large firmware or slow connection, increase it to 300 seconds * update fortios system firmware upgrade module together with unit test * minor updates based on the new templates * minor updates and remove fortiosapi dependency in unit test module * add author, remove unused method, fix descriptions, apply some sanity fixes
