3e7c5d1451 community.rst - Formatting and readability 
By using the correct formatting we can avoid the double dash/em dash symbol.

I also took the opportunity to make this a bit more readable. Adding :code:`somecode` makes it a lot easier when someone scans this page to spot things, such as `make tests` is a thing that they should do.

a274ef9adc Update intro_dynamic_inventory.rst (#15750) 
When using Cobbler with Ansible a cobbler.ini file is needed by the /etc/ansible/cobbler.py script, otherwise Python errors like ConfigParser.NoSectionError: No section: 'cobbler' are shown. Maybe this could be added to the documentation. Thanks and cheers!

3b96861b7c Refer to the play_host as remote instead of local (#15307) 
It was pointed out on IRC that the "local machine" terminology is
confusing, since in this instance it refers to the host *against* which
Ansible is running, in contrast to the host *from* which Ansible is
running.

dcc5dfdf81 Controller-side module caching. 
This makes our recursive, ast.parse performance measures as fast as
pre-ziploader baseline.

Since this unittest isn't testing that the returned module data is
correct we don't need to worry about os.rename not having any module
data.  Should devise a separate test for the module and caching code
