Remove the reference to the unused "termination_list" parameter
in the ec2 module. The instance_ids parameter is the one that contains
the list of instance ids to be terminated.

Adds termination support to the ec2 module
...
Pass in the `instances` output of the ec2 module
to terminate a list of instances that were previously provisioned.
Useful for automated testing.
