Taking a page out of the ec2 config, make sure that all of the
OpenStack modules handle the inbound auth config in the same way.
The one outlier is keystone wrt auth_url.
fixes error "failed to parse: <attribute 'message' of 'exceptions.BaseException' objects>
TypeError: <attribute 'message' of 'exceptions.BaseException' objects> is not JSON serializable"
The keystone client needs to be passed tenant_name when authenticating the
user/password way. Also it needs auth_url instead of endpoint.
This fix adds login_tenant_name as a module parameter which is consistent
with the other OpenStack modules.
Migrated all examples: in DOCUMENTATION=''' string to standalone EXAMPLES=''' string
Added deprecation warning to moduledev.rst and remove deprecated example from it
Fixed up a few typos and uppercased some acronyms.
