* refer to python 3 in module docs and comments
* format two python docs links as list
* updates links in unwanted.py test file
* per matt clay, this should link to python 2

* For long-running playbooks, discourage users from using
`ansible_date_time`. Use `pipe` or `now` as an alternative.
