This is a fix for a regression introduced by Perfy. Since then we mainly
operate on host.name instead of the Host object. In a call to
set_nonpersistent_facts where we set ansible_failed_task and
ansible_failed_result variables we were still passing the object which
led to those vars being undefined.
Fixes#64789
* Revert "Clear failed state in always only if we did rescue (#52829)"
This reverts commit f135960fc2.
* Add tests for failed scenario
* Set failed task with EXPECTED FAILURE
The 'free' strategy still attempts to do all hosts per task before going to the next, it just doesn't wait for slow hosts,
This strategy processes each host as fast as possible to the end of the play before trying to process another host in the pool.
* Update Shippable integration test groups.
* Update integration test group aliases.
* Rebalance AWS and Azure tests with extra group.
* Rebalance Windows tests with another group.
