* Fix whitespace issue
This change address a problem where the dict_merge function would fail
due to the value being a nested dict. This will now recursively pass
the value back through the dict_merge function.
os_server was trying to access `[sg.name for sg in
server.security_groups]`, but the items in `server.security_groups`
are dictionaries, so that should be `sg['name']`.
