505c99265c docsite: remove lexers which have been fixed in Pygments 2.4.0 (#57508) 
* Remove lexers which have been fixed in Pygments 2.4.0.
* Add Pygments >= 2.4.0 to test runner.
* Fix pages that triggered lexer errors.
