ad1a7d90ff Update structure to include file extensions (#36967) 
* Update structure to include file extensions

It is not clear to novice users that the host/group_vars files should be yaml files. This highlights that IMHO a bit more clearer.

Core Docs Refactor and Redesign (#36067)
