4359189884 Update playbooks_lookups.rst 
I was caught out by the different behaviour of lookups & local tasks, and could not find the difference documented anywhere at all, so I took the liberty of proposing this change.

Lookups are always relative to the role or play.
Local tasks are relative to the cwd from which you execute.

* remove requirement for host patterns, use the defaults
 * require destination directory (None in cwd is not a good default)

The ec2 inventory module will incorrectly place parent groups as child
groups of themselves, this fixes that.

5d92b00d9c Cleanup some include logic 
* Properly mark hosts with failures in includes as failed
* Don't send callbacks until we're sure we're done, and also fix how
  we increment stats so failures don't show up as ok's
* Fix a bug in the include file logic where a failed include could lead
  to an infinite loop in the task iteration logic

Fixes #12933

b2fc5142eb moved sudo -S and -n into configurable flags as they might be absent in much older systems 
if password is supplied exsiting -n would get remove from flags
