validate files: fix usage error in example command
...
visudo requires the -f option to check any other file than the default.
I've added this to the example ansible tasks.

Added deprecation warning to moduledev.rst and remove deprecated example from it
Fixed up a few typos and uppercased some acronyms.
add consistency to how EXAMPLES are formatted
