Let the caller choose a namespace for `to_uuid` and document the

volumes on the host. Acts as docker_volume_info module.

firewall rules with no `allowed_hosts` key.

In addition, this patch ensures the `allowed_hosts` key accepts a dict,
instead of a dict in a single entry list.

Should be written:
