If sep is given, consecutive delimiters are not grouped together and are deemed
to delimit empty strings.
>>> "85563 ----------------C-- /var/lib/libvirt/images".split(' ')[0:2]
['85563', '']
>>> "85563 ----------------C-- /var/lib/libvirt/images".split()[0:2]
['85563', '----------------C--']
This change corrects problems reported by the `yamllint` linter.
Since key duplication problems were removed in 4d48711, this commit
mainly fixes trailing spaces and extra empty lines at beginning/end of
files.
