Abhijeet Kasurde 4d909c1830 VMware: add new parameter in networks (#41899) ... This fix adds a new parameter 'dvswitch_name' in networks argument spec. When there are multiple distributed portgroup with the same name in the given environment, it is difficult to pick particular dvpg.
