Matt Davis 97446f0eca Revert "Add a force_replace_host flag to win_domain_membership (#53542)" (#55056) ... This reverts commit 85d836171b. As discussed in WWG IRC meeting, we don't want Get-ADObject to be a dependency of win_domain_membership, and we need to be able to authenticate to the DC in some configs.
