Minor improvements to SSH remoting cmdlets (#2249)
* Fix for relative paths for KeyFilePath cmdlet parameter, renamed cmdlet KeyPath parameter to KeyFilePath parameter, and added tests.
* Code review comment update
* Added missing KeyFilePath check
* Test fix from review comment
