* correct links in test-guidelines.md (issue #1665)

added specific links for PesterDoAndDont and WritingPesterTests
added new section in WritingPesterTests.md on bulk skipping tests

* update test directories to include a directory for remoting tests

* fix lines in document to use semantic line breaks

also remove trailing spaces after "."
