ea87bbaee6 Have travis build against node 5
Since it is the latest stable release, but 4 is the latest LTS release, we should have CI against both.

c496c2f3c0 CI Against Node 4.1
Perf isn't as bad as 0.12, and it's the new LTS release series. TBH, we should probably also CI against `'node'` for the latest public version.
