Misc updates to match Dogecoin (#1460)
* Updated linearize for Dogecoin 🐕 * Update qt forms. 🎉 🐕 * Replaced occasions of bitcoin to dogecoin in contrib files consistent with previous changes. 🎉 * Changing to the proper ports for Dogecoin.
