.NET Core 3.0 Release -- Out of support

This release is out of support. See .NET releases for in-support releases.

.NET Core 3.0 was released on September 23rd, 2019. The release was a collaborative effort by many contributors. .NET Core 3.0 reached end of life on March 3, 2020 It was supported by Microsoft on multiple operating systems.
