This is to ensure that there are no projects
that try to import `minio/minio/pkg` into
their own repo. Any such common packages should
go to `https://github.com/minio/pkg`
Queue output items and reuse them.
Remove the unneeded type system in sql and just use the Go type system.
In best case this is more than an order of magnitude speedup:
