Harshavardhana f248089523 api: Implement bucket notification. (#2271)
* Implement basic S3 notifications through queues

Supports multiple queues and three basic queue types:

1. NilQueue -- messages don't get sent anywhere
2. LogQueue -- messages get logged
3. AmqpQueue -- messages are sent to an AMQP queue

* api: Implement bucket notification.

Supports two different queue types

- AMQP
- ElasticSearch.

* Add support for redis

// BulkService allows for batching bulk requests and sending them to
// Elasticsearch in one roundtrip. Use the Add method with BulkIndexRequest,
// BulkUpdateRequest, and BulkDeleteRequest to add bulk requests to a batch,
// then use Do to send them to Elasticsearch.
//
// BulkService will be reset after each Do call. In other words, you can
// reuse BulkService to send many batches. You do not have to create a new
// BulkService for each batch.
//
// See https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/2.x/docs-bulk.html
// for more details.
