This resource provider accepts a single configuration parameter, `testing:provider:module`, that is the path to a Javascript module that implements CRUD operations for a set of resource types. This allows e.g. a test case to provide its own implementation of these operations that may succeed or fail in interesting ways. Fixes #338.
