Pin the DisplayName to Windows Terminal to fix the UAC prompt (#4995)
There's an issue in the UAC consent dialog where it cannot read an application's name if it's stored in a resource. When it fails, it deems us an "Unknown Program" and that looks pretty silly. Fixes #2289.
