Config doesn't work for me so I cant add reality's stones ability #32

So my reality stone is missing some ability, so I downloaded the Speedster mod. When I go to the config section of InfinityCraft mod, I set my reality stone's abilities to true, but when I join my world back the abilities are still missing. Did anyone know how to fix this?
