we traveled across 24k blocks and none of the stones have spawned i am thinking its that they dont spawn there or its a glitch

If I remember right, you have to go about 16k blocks from (0, 0) coordinates. Try using the command, to check, if they already spawned somewhere

No, you only need this mod and Lucraft Core (without lucraft it would not start)
