Subject: [PATCH] Fix subscriptable dict type

Fix:

tests/test_state.py:267: error: "dict" is not subscriptable, use "typing.Dict" instead  [misc]

In Python 3.9, `typing` is deprecated and the types are subscriptable (generics) by default,
