01aedcd782 Fixes #93. Asteroid generation redesign based on combination of old and new systems.
Asteroid is generated from core that located in tight volume (radius of core is configurable). Next,
all core blocks are enveloped with spherical shell.

* All configuration features are preserved
* Added new attribute 'coreRad' which defines how tight core blocks are placed
* Added new attribute 'weight', now StructureManager takes in account weights of asteroid types
* An asteroid is always bounded into specified radius
