Sliding Sync: Easier to understand timeline assertions in tests ( #17511 )
...
Added `_assertTimelineEqual(...)` because I got fed up trying to
understand the crazy diffs from the standard
`self.assertEqual(...)`/`self.assertListEqual(...)`
