Refactor vmware_cluster into several modules (vmware_cluster, vmware_cluster_drs, vmware_cluster_ha and vmware_cluster_vsan) as discussed in #58023.
vmware_cluster lacks a lot of configuration options for DRS, HA and vSAN. Implementing them
all in vmware_cluster would make the module hard to maintain. Therefore, splitting it into several
modules and implementing the missing configuration options in them seems a good idea to me.
This is step one, refactoring vmware_cluster into several modules. Step two, implementing more
configuration options for DRS, HA and vSAN, will follow.

Ansible galaxy role download checked for `.tar.gz`, but `tarfile.is_tarfile(...)` can identify and open any valid tarfile. This change uses transparent stream compression to make `.tar.gz` and `.tar.bz2` formats valid with python 2.6.x/2.7.x (as well as `.tar.xz` with python 3.x).
* Add a few examples of how to correctly use `regex_replace` filter
because it behaves differently on different Python versions when using
regex qualifiers that can match an empty string (e.g. '*', '?', etc).
Often when I am helping others learn Ansible, they are using nodes spun up on Amazon/Google/etc. where private key files (pem) are needed. Mentioning just a bit more on how to handle those private key files on the intro_getting_started page will help more folks get started faster.
I even reviewed the changes with my learning team and they all agreed this helped clarify immediately for them how to really get started with Ansible from a practical perspective.

`ansible-galaxy init` creates a directory named `role_name` (in the given example) instead of adding the structure in the current working directory.
Additionally adding a clarification for repository creation as the proper repository root is not described yet.

Since 2.4 Ansible has supported multiple vault passwords:

Meaning lines like the following are misleading:
> The password used with vault currently must be the same for all files you wish
> to use together at the same time.

To demonstrate this with Ansible 2.7, save the following as `example.yaml`:

Both play and play_context were saving default values from the cli
arguments directly. This changes things so that the default values are
loaded into the play and then play_context takes them from there.
* Rename BECOME_PLUGIN_PATH to DEFAULT_BECOME_PLUGIN_PATH
As alikins said, all other plugin paths are named
DEFAULT_plugintype_PLUGIN_PATH. If we're going to rename these, that
should be done all at one time rather than piecemeal.
* One to throw away
This is a set of hacks to get setting FieldAttribute defaults to command
line args to work. It's not fully done yet.
After talking it over with sivel and jimi-c this should be done by
fixing FieldAttributeBase and _get_parent_attribute() calls to do the
right thing when there is a non-None default.
What we want to be able to do ideally is something like this:

Without this modprobe always reports changed when modprobe-ing a builtin module.
With this, if a kernel module is a builtin, the modprobe module will:
- succeed (without incorrectly reporting changed) if ``state`` is ``present``;
- fail if ``state`` is ``absent``
The failure will have whatever error message modprobe returns when
attempting to remove a builtin module. For example:
``modprobe: ERROR: Module nfs is builtin.``

It was super incomplete, and the interface was pretty strange; it had
built-in features to handle pretty bespoke workflows ("clean504",
e.g.) but was lacking lots of other useful features (like the ability
to create a webhook with a shared secret). Rather than try to update
the interface in a backwards compatible way, I've replaced it with the
more predictable, single-purpose github_webhook and
github_webhook_facts modules.
