b616f4b98f Update intro_installation.rst 
This is different wording for using the PPA to install.  I also added the installation of apt-add-repository package which isn't always installed.

(I'm a newbie but while running these I wished whatever style was being used on the docs pages would have let me  cut and paste the commands without having to edit out the $ characters manually....)

d0241f5640 made nested lists diff lengths - caused confusion 
As a relatively-new user to Ansible, the Nested Loop example made me think it was looping through both lists together (`alice` would go with `clientdb`, `bob` with `employeedb`) and not actually nested. I realize now I was just being stupid, but I feel making the example lists different lengths would prevent such confusion in the future.

fd27afdc0d Adding ansible_shell_type and basic environment construction on it 
Previously we assumed the shell on the target systems were 'sh'-
compliant when formatting environment variables preceding command
strings. This patch corrects that by basing the target shell type
on the DEFAULT_EXECUTABLE setting, which can be overridden on a
per-host basis using the inventory variable 'ansible_shell_type'.

0749112286 Micro-optimization: replace s.find(x)!=-1 with x in s 
timeit shows a speedup of ~3x on Python 2.7.5 x86_64.
It also makes the code a bit shorter.

8082f74798 Add GCE guide and retool a bit to show the add_host interactions, improvements/upgrades are welcome. 
Had to shoot the recently merged nova_group module in the head temporarily as it contained a dict comprehension, which means it can't work on all the platforms
and was also breaking docs builds on CentOS.  Will engage with list about that shortly.

6294264dc4 Add credential parameters to the GCE modules. 
In order to simplify the workflow with the GCE modules, it's now
possible to add the parameters and project name as arguments to the
various GCE modules.

The inventory plugin also returns the IP of the host in
`ansible_ssh_host` so that you don't have to specify IPs into the
inventory file.

Some update to the documentation are also added.

Closes #5583.

1fcc9ff666 lookup_plugins: loop over hashes 
Create a lookup plugin named dict that can be used to loop over hashes.
It converts a dict into a list of key-value pairs, with attributes named
"key" and "value."  Also adds a brief explanation and simple example to
the docs.

62f3c10302 Tell user to make inventory plugin executable 
The current version mentions nothing about chmod +x'ing the rax.py file, which means you get a really weird error message when you try to follow it:

```
raise ValueError, "No closing quotation"
```

... from deep inside shlex.py. I'm sure that makes sense if you realized that meant that it was trying to parse `rax.py` as an ini file...

5fce765601 Removing colon from example failure message 
The example failure message was given as - fail: msg="Bailing out: this play requires 'bar'"

The colon in the example causes a YAML compile error, so I am replacing it with a '.'

8a19b595c7 Fix "manual" ansible-playbook example in guide_vagrant.rst 
The given example is trying to load an inventory file with the -i option, so it should probably be given the actual Vagrant-written inventory file name. I contemplated using 'vagrant_ansible_inventory_default' instead (which is what my Vagrant demo actually creates) but 'vagrant_ansible_inventory_machinename' is more consistent with the existing example in the docs.

In the example, you want /bin/true to be executed if the first command has an error return code. Combining command with && will run the second only if the first is successful. Combining them with ||, the second will be run only of the first fails, what is wanted here.
