8d8cfb5fcd Read directory_mode as 'raw' type 
Reads the directory_mode param as 'raw' type to mirror the same behavior as mode.
This'll cause non-quoted values to be represented as an int, rather than a str.

Covered by 'assert recursive copied directories mode' test.

Fixes #24202

b46c098581 Added win_copy recursive integration test with trailing path separator. (#24523) 
This is a reproducer for https://github.com/ansible/ansible/issues/23559

Tests will fail until https://github.com/ansible/ansible/pull/23581 is merged

Note that I believe another commit is also needed for this to work,
specifically the change from: https://github.com/ansible/ansible/pull/23326

Since WinRM is not the most reliable protocol, it may be necessary to increase its timeout values to get a better experience.

* Update intro_windows.rst

Great idea to add this.
I changed 'experienced' -> 'experience' (present continuous rather than past tense).  Added some . to be consistent with other lines.

* docker_container: do not split command on commas

Fix issue #24430

* docker_container: document command parameter

Prior behavior was strange, splitting strings on commas
only to join them again ... replacing commas with spaces.

FYI, docker-py accepts strings or lists, using shlex.split
on strings ... splitting on spaces while respecting things
like quotes.
