b37b51dcea Fix variable precedence issue where set facts beat role params 
Also updates doc on variable precedence, as it was incorrect for the
order of play vars/vars_prompt/vars_files in relation to set_fact and
registered variables.

3e7c5d1451 community.rst - Formatting and readability 
By using the correct formatting we can avoid the double dash/em dash symbol.

I also took the opportunity to make this a bit more readable. Adding :code:`somecode` makes it a lot easier when someone scans this page to spot things, such as `make tests` is a thing that they should do.

a274ef9adc Update intro_dynamic_inventory.rst (#15750) 
When using Cobbler with Ansible a cobbler.ini file is needed by the /etc/ansible/cobbler.py script, otherwise Python errors like ConfigParser.NoSectionError: No section: 'cobbler' are shown. Maybe this could be added to the documentation. Thanks and cheers!

3b96861b7c Refer to the play_host as remote instead of local (#15307) 
It was pointed out on IRC that the "local machine" terminology is
confusing, since in this instance it refers to the host *against* which
Ansible is running, in contrast to the host *from* which Ansible is
running.

dcc5dfdf81 Controller-side module caching. 
This makes our recursive, ast.parse performance measures as fast as
pre-ziploader baseline.

Since this unittest isn't testing that the returned module data is
correct we don't need to worry about os.rename not having any module
data.  Should devise a separate test for the module and caching code

941e31e968 Update the Mac warning in intro_installation.rst 
A setting of 1024 here causes other issues such as VMware not being able to start Virtual Machines. Changing to just "unlimited" as the option resolves this

5a1e35224b Make changes proposed during review of restrict fact gathering feature: 
* Make documentation examples into code blocks
* Make code to call the subsets more general.
* Made min subset always execute (cannot disable it).
* Use a passed in modules parameter rather than global modules.  This is needed for ziploader
* Remove unneeded __init__()
* Remove uneeded multiple inheritance from a base class
* gather_facts is now a list type

c172a289e4 light editing of variable precedence list wording 
QA had asked me a while ago to clean up the way the precedence list for 1.x was worded,
as the intro from the list started with "then comes", as if something should preceed
it. The comments from OxABAB were not helpful themselves, but his issue reminded me that
this was on my to do list to make a little cleaner and clearer.  Edits made to remove the
"then comes" intros for each list line, to help with clarity.

The correct default options for sudo_flags can be found at: https://github.com/ansible/ansible/blob/devel/lib/ansible/constants.py#L181

Slightly alter explanation of '-H' so as not to confuse it with -E, --preserve-env (which preserves existing environment variables).

When adding the two other options, include short explanations of those options.

Add note about '-n', which did not appear in 1.x I believe, and which bit me.

28be222ff0 correct invocation of launchctl 
When I executed `launchctl limit maxfiles 1024 2048` , my entire system would become unusable, as all of the sudden no process could use any file anymore, reporting that the max file limit was reached.
Only a hard reboot could fix the problem, which fortunately revealed that the configuration was not saved.

The change I made *should* remedy the issue, even though I didn't test it.
Therefore I hope you can revise the documentation to be sure nothing bad happens.
