277b24dfb7 Make core/ includes absolute, remove subfolders from include path 
This allows more consistency in the manner we include core headers,
where previously there would be a mix of absolute, relative and
include path-dependent includes.

e8a435c8cd Add clear text button to LineEdit 
- Add pressed state to clear button
- Enable clear button on all inputs with search icon
- Remove duplicate clear buttons
- Fix rendering of icon for center and right alignments
- Add clear button to more search fields
- Add clear icon to default theme
- Add method to control enabled state of clear button
- Add property to enable clear button from inspector

e4213e66b2 Add missing copyright headers and fix formatting 
Using `misc/scripts/fix_headers.py` on all Godot files.
Some missing header guards were added, and the header inclusion order
was fixed in the Bullet module.

34f4ae18b8 Moved doc description formatting. Fixes #12798 
Paragraph spacing is now applied only during rendering (so doctool
preserves formatting).

Paragraph spacing now no longer applies within [code] tags.

Extra bbcode is now ignored within [code] tags.
