Hristo Stamenov 86bec25c51 Add the instance to the script property evaluation.
This needs to be done so that tool scripts are evaluated properly and their properties are categorized in the inspector (due to a bug of them being missing). I am talking about the properties coming from _get_property_list.
Also added a fallback so that we don't lose properties in the inspector even if they are not properly categorized.
