doc: Use self-closing tags for return and argument
For the time being we don't support writing a description for those, preferring
having all details in the method's description.

Using self-closing tags saves half the lines, and prevents contributors from
thinking that they should write the argument or return documentation there.

<brief_description>
Axis-Aligned Bounding Box.
</brief_description>
<description>
[AABB] consists of a position, a size, and several utility functions. It is typically used for fast overlap tests.
It uses floating-point coordinates. The 2D counterpart to [AABB] is [Rect2].
[b]Note:[/b] Unlike [Rect2], [AABB] does not have a variant that uses integer coordinates.
