Created a class that i might latter move to the core to allow tracking
of blocks/items that can decay over time to create compost matter. Which
will later be crafted into biofuel or fertilizer for use on crops.

Added basic machine class
...
This will hold 4 basic machines for the mod. First will be the compost
box, and then maybe the bio fuel compressor. I'll have to think of
another 2 basic machines to use for this blockID.

Add farm soil block
...
Going to be used by the player or automation to handle growing advanced
plants. Still can be used like normal soil for plants but has some
advantages.
