This will disable the integration tests for all network platforms &
modules, though the unit tests will still run.
This is needed while a large refactor of the networking code is done.

This will mainly be beneficial when a very large inventory is being
used, however it may also help with some very large playbooks.

Removing this feature primarily because it interferes with
collecting proper code coverage results. I may restore the
feature later if that can be resolved.
