159aa26b36 FEATURE: adding variable serial batches 
This feature changes the scalar value of `serial:` to a list, which
allows users to specify a list of values, so batches can be ramped
up (commonly called "canary" setups):

  serial: [1, 5, 10, "100%"]

* add check_mode option for tasks

includes example testcases for the template module

* extend check_mode option

* replace always_run, see also proposal rename_always_run
* rename always_run where used and add deprecation warning
* add some documentation

* have check_mode overwrite always_run

* use unique template name to prevent conflicts

test_check_mode was right before, but failed due to using the same filename as other roles

* still mention always_run in the docs

* set deprecation of always_run to version 2.4

* fix rst style

* expand documentation on per-task check mode

e397d7d603 Fix table width on docsite 
This makes it so that table columns break by word instead of in between words.  It also sets the minimum width of a column in the table to 100px, and makes tables horizontally scrollable on small screen sizes.

a3959644ee Change the default of module_set_locale to False. (#16313) 
This makes Ansible no longer set LC_ALL for remote systems.  It is up to
the individual modules to set LC_ALL if they need it for screenscraping
the output from a program.

This is the 2.2 followup for #15138

3e7c5d1451 community.rst - Formatting and readability 
By using the correct formatting we can avoid the double dash/em dash symbol.

I also took the opportunity to make this a bit more readable. Adding :code:`somecode` makes it a lot easier when someone scans this page to spot things, such as `make tests` is a thing that they should do.

a274ef9adc Update intro_dynamic_inventory.rst (#15750) 
When using Cobbler with Ansible a cobbler.ini file is needed by the /etc/ansible/cobbler.py script, otherwise Python errors like ConfigParser.NoSectionError: No section: 'cobbler' are shown. Maybe this could be added to the documentation. Thanks and cheers!

3b96861b7c Refer to the play_host as remote instead of local (#15307) 
It was pointed out on IRC that the "local machine" terminology is
confusing, since in this instance it refers to the host *against* which
Ansible is running, in contrast to the host *from* which Ansible is
running.

dcc5dfdf81 Controller-side module caching. 
This makes our recursive, ast.parse performance measures as fast as
pre-ziploader baseline.

Since this unittest isn't testing that the returned module data is
correct we don't need to worry about os.rename not having any module
data.  Should devise a separate test for the module and caching code

94eeff7196 updating stylesheet to make printing cleaner from HTML 
Tima had feedback that saving the HMTL to a PDF wasn't ideal for printing, as the marking ad
took up 1/3 of the page. We've cleaned up the ad as well as streamlined printing a bit (removing
color backgrounds from admonitions and adding black text, exposing links, etc.)

941e31e968 Update the Mac warning in intro_installation.rst 
A setting of 1024 here causes other issues such as VMware not being able to start Virtual Machines. Changing to just "unlimited" as the option resolves this
